Many products ordered from OsakiUSA.com are shipped directly from the company that manufactures the product, so if you order more than one item, each may arrive in a separate package. However, your single order will reflect the total cost, including shipping, regardless of the number of items you buy.
International shipments are subject to Duties, Taxes, Broker Fees, and Customs Fees in your country. These EXTRA fees are YOUR responsibility and must be paid upon receipt of the shipment. The rules for these fees vary by country, and your local government determines the duty and customs charges.

Canadian & International Orders
Canadian Orders: Canadian orders are subject to duties, taxes are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon receipt of shipment. Contact your customs office for more information on duties, taxes and restricted products. The estimated time of delivery for Canadian orders is 2-3 weeks.
International Orders: Duties, taxes and customs are the responsibility of the consumer and must be paid upon receipt of the shipment. These rules vary by country, and your local government determines duty and customs charges. All international orders must be paid for by credit card.

Please call +1-888-501-5988 and explain the situation and get your RMA number on any item. If you send your return before contacting us without a RMA number, the return will be refused.
We will call up the shipper that provided shipping to you in the first place to pickup. Please use UPS to ship back if you are returning a bidet.
Put the packing list and your RMA number inside of your package with the item(s) to return. Make sure to include all parts and data sent with the package.
Tape box securely and mark with appropriate shipping address.
